Bluvanta Risonanza was founded by Vanessa Noelani Elisabeth Neubert, a partner and alliances strategist who has spent more than a decade building billion-dollar commercial ecosystems across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. Across senior go-to-market and channel roles she has architected the strategic frameworks that turn partner ecosystems into durable revenue engines.

Her conviction was formed on the ground. From her early days at Cisco onward she has worked inside the revenue engines of both small businesses and global enterprises, and the same patterns kept surfacing: brilliant commercial insight that arrived too slowly, lived in a slide deck and expired before it could compound. Bluvanta Risonanza is her answer to that pattern.

She is completing a Doctorate focused on building neurofriendly AI tools that enable continuous learning, fusing artificial intelligence with neuroscience and behavioural science. She has deepened that lens through behavioural science at the Chase Hughes NCI Academy, psychology at Yale and neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University, because the hardest part of any partnership is human: reading trust, motivation and the unspoken signals that decide whether an alliance holds. That belief runs through everything the firm builds: technology should help people succeed, grow, adapt and hold on to their sense of value as human beings, even as we move deeper into the age of AI.

Away from the work she is a lifelong traveller and an ocean lover who grew up on the beaches of Central America. That perspective, curious, global and grounded, shapes how she leads, with rigour, warmth and a genuinely long-term view.
